Last time I was in NYC the expense report I had to file after had over $750 in Uber trips. Just going from Manhattan back to the hotel, about 2.5 mi each day, and to dinner from the hotel. 4-day trip. It's insanity.

This is why it is critical for CEOs to always stay tapped into their vertical process...when it's out of sight out of mind you lose touch with the actual consumer experience.

It always amazes me how rich people and politicians act like they're completely oblivious to what the public is going through.

it's because of some shit the cab industry pulled in NYC... they made it so Uber is always more expensive than a taxi, even without a surge
@ChaseStackwells
Shit I dealt with this a couple of times in Brooklyn at damn near the same distance when my phone barely worked
@ericlooll
$52 for 3 miles... at that point just walk or take the subway I swear some ppl just don't know how to commute in NYC and love to suffer
