“Hello, chief. This is the dude that sent @SirMekzy_ a DM about a lady that's cheating on my friend in the US. with my cousin here in Naija. With a proposed wedding by Nov. The general comment under the post was to tell my friend about the whole saga so as not to betray the friendship code. I consulted people on how to break the news to my friend majorly elders including my dad. And they all told me to keep my shut so as not to put my life in danger. Of recent, a lot has unraveled which makes me see the matter is becoming spiritual. So I obliged. To my surprise, the lady and my cousin didn't stop seeing even after telling her the lady is planning a wedding and we held a family meeting to dissolve the relationship, but all effort was futile. Now, my friend called me some minutes ago that I will be his best man at his wedding. 1 am confused. Mind you, this lady has not opened her mouth to tell me that she's getting married despite the fact we see her every day. Will it be a sane idea to grace the wedding not to even talk of being the best man on the day?”.

1 have this strong belief that if I find out my friend's partner is cheating on him is because God/the universe exposed it to me for a reason which is to tell my friend about it. Maybe he has been praying for it and the universe wanna answer his prayer through me.

If you must be his best man, tell him. That's another reason for being the best man, to protect the groom.
Tell the lady she would be husband said you'll be their best man, and advise her to clear whatever skeleton she has in her cupboard. She'll use her tongue to count her teeth.
