Manchester City has no plans to transfer Bernardo Silva and has already turned down two bids from Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
That comes from Fabrizio Romano, with the Portuguese star's future looking bright.
City's 2023/24 season kicks off on Sunday when they face Arsenal in the Community Shield at Wembley.
Five days later, they would begin their Premier League championship defence against Vincent Kompany's Burnley at Turf Moor.
Despite having completed pre-season with Pep Guardiola's team, City fans are still unsure whether Bernardo will be donning sky blue next season.
The city has declined down bids.
As he did last summer, the 29-year-old has informed City of his desire to leave the club. While Bernardo is said to be content playing for Guardiola's club, he wishes to change his lifestyle and take on a new sporting challenge.
City has established a precedent by allowing players to depart if they receive a suitable offer.
Last summer, Raheem Sterling, Gabriel Jesus, and Oleksandr Zinchenko were all arrested.
The triple winners, on the other hand, are keen to keep Bernardo, and in any event, they have not received any offers that meet their valuation of the player.
According to Romano, PSG, one of the clubs interested in Bernardo, has already rejected two proposals from City this summer.
