Rev. Mrs. Mavis Asante, a Ghanaian Gospel performer, discloses that the CEO of Highly Spiritual Music Label, Kaywa, is the one producing her yet-to-be-released album, citing her experience as the wife of a prophet.

After being married to a man of God for 12 years, the Reverend Minister believes that not everyone can work in that profession and that it is a calling.

"I've been married to him for the past 12 years. Being a prophet's wife is a calling, I often tell people. It's not for everyone. It's a calling in and of itself. You can't do it until God speaks over it. God is the one who strengthens us and has aided me for the past 12 years. "I married young, and seeing how I've kept myself and looking at all the things you have to do; being a people's person, as humble as a child, and having patience, it's all God," she explained.

Kaywa wrote the song 'Aseda' by Ohemaa Mercy.

Rev. Mrs. Mavis discussed quite a few of the obstacles she confronts as a prophet's wife, demonstrating the congregation's importance to the ministry.

"Sometimes you don't want to smile, but you have to. Some church members' treatment of you makes you think, "If I wasn't a prophet's wife, for this thing the person has done to me, they deserve a slap," but you are there to serve. You are where you are because of the congregation. You are nothing without them. "You'll be served with the chairs," she said.

In an interview with Nana Ama McBrown on Onua TV, the former Mentor contestant emphasized the importance of always relying on God to help one overcome problems because life is not simple for humans.

"You have to accept that you are a pastor because of the people." When you've reached your lowest point, ask God for the strength to tolerate people; to deal with and communicate with them. You must always beg God for strength or you will fail because you are human, and no matter what, people will hurt you, you will make mistakes, but you must always exercise patience," she said.

Rev. Mrs. Mavis Asante, wife of Prophet Chris Asante Mensah, said that an album is in the works, and its producer is none other than award-winning producer, Kaywa.

"I'm working on an album that I intend to release." It will be released very shortly. "The producer is Kaywa," she revealed.
