SHOULD WAAKYE BE CONSIDED AS BREAKFAST?

Truly, food has become quite costly these days. Even a basic breakfast of tea and bread could dent your wallet, and what frustrates me even more is that you'll likely find yourself hungry again before 10 am.

This is why I believe waakye should be regarded as a breakfast option and included in the breakfast menu.

To begin with, let's talk about Waakye:

It Offers Satiety: While Waakye may not provide lasting fullness, rest assured that it can keep you satisfied until well past noon. In fact, it can even carry you through to 3 pm, allowing you the option of having tea and bread, followed by a light dinner. This approach could effectively reduce your food expenses as you'll be consuming two meals in a day.

Next, let's consider its delectable taste; yet another rationale for commencing your day with waakye. If you're of the opinion that waakye isn't palatable, it might be worth reevaluating your choice of vendors. Not everyone possesses the knack for preparing waakye, after all. Envision initiating your day with such a delectable experience – it's bound to keep you in high spirits all day long. Undoubtedly, fine cuisine has a remarkable knack for evoking smiles, making the notion of consuming waakye in the morning an unequivocally splendid one.

Lastly, for the final point, it's worth highlighting that choosing waakye for your morning meal is a more advantageous option. Opting for waakye in the morning allows you to effectively expend those calories over the course of the day. Carbohydrates are designed to supply the body with the energy required for daily activities. By consuming them in the morning, you grant yourself ample time to gradually utilize and burn those calories throughout the day. It's a compelling strategy.

In essence, relishing a substantial morning meal like waakye is a wise move, leaving the notion of a simple tea breakfast for the more affluent. We're certainly not inclined to eat only to find ourselves famished within an hour.
