In a series of Twitter now x threads, a Nigerian user who is concerned about an individual wanting to sell a property that does not belongs to him seeks help from x users in helping him to locate the rightful descents of an abandoned property. According to the thread, the Nigerian user narrates that, there is a particular property located in his locality that has been abandoned for years, and according to news he gathered that, the owners of the house were said to have fled the property during the Kaduna religious crisis and they never looked back. For over 30 years, the building has been occupied by strangers recently one of the oldest occupants of the property decided to sell it and sued stakeholders of the property who stopped him.
The user then decided to bring up the issue on x for users to at least help maybe a family member, children or a close relative of the family could be reached. He provided the narration along with pictures found on the property which are said to be pictures of the actual owners.

“There is a property that has been lying down in my neighborhood for about 30 years or more now without people knowing the whereabouts of the actual owner(s). Stakeholders in the neighborhood have tried their best to trace the owners for several years but all to no avail. It was presumed that it was during one of the religious crises in Kaduna many years ago that the owner with his family fled the house and left most of their belongings on the property to date. Many people have used the advantage of the fact that the owners) could not Be traced to be staying in the property for many years as they were being brought in by people who claimed to be acting as agents for the owners. Unknown to them all, the actual owner by history is said to be dead and all his children are now in the abroad. Some said the UK. That probably explains why the house has been left unattended for all these years. By and large, one of the people who stayed in the property for many years is now trying to claim ownership of the house. He is using the advantage of the fact that he has information that the owners of the house are not traceable. He made several attempts to sell the property and when he was not having it, he sued every stakeholder in the neighborhood trying to stop him from selling the property. I went to the property this morning and the wife of the person currently In the property currently informed me that there is a photo album they just discovered and they very much believe that they were the actual owners of the property. So, I want to use this platform to find relatives or friends who may know anyone who appeared in the Photo album to quickly reach out.
