Here are the Tottenham teams our reporters would select for Saturday's Premier League clash against Manchester United at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Ange Postecoglou will take charge of his first Premier League game at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday when Tottenham host Man United in the evening kick-off. Seeing his Spurs team catch the eye last weekend at Brentford and leave with a point following a very entertaining performance, the Australian will want more of the same but for his side to come out on top and be victorious.
So how exactly could Tottenham line up against Manchester United? Our football.london Tottenham Hotspur reporters have named the teams they believe Postecoglou will pick for the game below.
Cristian Romero being fit and able to play is a big plus for Postecoglou as he called the Argentine the team's "most influential defender" last week after his departure early in the game. That means the Tottenham fans will now get to see how the partnership between Romero and Micky van de Ven works for more than 11 minutes or so.
Destiny Udogie could keep his place after an impressive debut at left-back as should the goalscoring Emerson Royal on the other flank. Postecoglou could do with Richarlison impressing after a quiet display up top at Brentford and the Brazilian will also be aware that Spurs will be mulling over a striker move in the final fortnight of the transfer window.
Gold's team: Vicario; Emerson, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie; Skipp, Bissouma, Maddison; Kulusevski, Richarlison, Son.
In midfield, Yves Bissouma and James Maddison are certain starters for the Lilywhites but it remains to be seen if Oliver Skipp will keep his place. As Wolves got so much joy in midfield against the Red Devils on Monday evening at Old Trafford, the game could be perfect for Pape Matar Sarr due to his athleticism and his ability to carry the ball forward.
The team will then be completed by Dejan Kulusevski, Richarlison and Son Heung-min forming the front three once again.
Guest's team: Vicario; Emerson, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie; Bissouma, Sarr, Maddison; Kulusevski, Richarlison, Son
