GET  ANSWERS TO PRAYER

If you’re not satisfied with the results you’re getting from your prayers, there’s a word in the Bible that can help you: receive. That one simple word can make your prayers more effective. It can take you from wanting and wishing to knowing—absolutely—that you have the answer to your prayers.

That is how God intends for you to pray. He never meant for His children to spend hours talking to Him about everything in the world and then walk away with nothing to show for it. No, God’s will is for you to “…come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive…” (Hebrews 4:16). He wants you to follow the instructions Jesus gave in Mark 11:24: “What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them” (KJV).

MARK 11:24 24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Jesus tells us that we must believe we will receive our response WHEN we pray, rather than waiting until we see it.

But without proof, no one can trust what they are told. Our proof is the written Word of God.

When we truly ask the Father for something, we must have faith that our request will be granted when we pray. The item we hoped for will eventually appear if we then act as though we already have it.

However, we need to pray according to God's Word. If it conflicts with God's Word, we cannot just "believe" something and expect to experience it.

1 JOHN 5:14-15 14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us: 15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

Bible-based prayer that is effective is receiving by faith from God based on what He has already said and done, not asking God to do something.

Therefore, look for a verse in Scripture that promises what you require or desire, present it to God in prayer, and trust that you will receive it.

SAY THIS: I will rely on God's promises as a foundation for my prayers and have faith that they are answered.

May God increase and Bless you
