Manchester United target Andre has reportedly signed a 'deal' with Liverpool and is keen to make a permanent move to the Premier League giants.

Liverpool want to make their midfield a priority this summer, so strengthening it has seen them spend more than £100m to sign Alexis McAllister, Dominik Szoboszlai, and Wataru Endo. But that's not all. Jürgen Klopp's side are still looking for a new defensive midfielder following Fabinho's departure.

Liverpool are also understood to be monitoring the Crystal Palace midfielder, but Andre is also one of their main midfield targets. The Reds have been consistently linked to the Fluminense midfielder in recent months, with the Reds alleged to have "revived" interest in the 22-year-old midfielder last week.

According to sources, Liverpool are reportedly willing to pay up to £25.8 million to sign Andre, who is under contract until the end of 2026. Brazilian journalist Emanuel Ruiz told Redmen TV that Manchester United had also made inquiries about the Brazilian, Andre, but the Red Devils were informed that he had "agreed personal terms with Liverpool".

According to sources, Brazilian journalist Emmanuel Luiz has reported to RedmenTV that “Manchester United went to Andre’s camp to talk to them about a possible negotiation. What they said was  that the player has personal terms agreed with Liverpool; personal terms have already been agreed. That’s done.”

“The player said to Fluminense, the situation today—I called some guys close to Andre—and they said to me, Andre said to Fluminense ‘I want to go to Liverpool, I want to go, I have personal terms agreed’. That’s fine, but what Fluminense said [was] that we are not going to say right now because of the Copa Libertadores [which does not end until November] that we already know.

“So Andre said, ‘I’m going to talk to them.”

Liverpool have started the season normally with 4 points in 2 games. Imagine what they'll do when they're in form. Liverpool are also in the race for Fiorentina star Sofian Amrabat, but Manchester United are expected to make an offer for him this week.

Klopp recently confirmed to reporters that Liverpool "will continue to look for new players" until the transfer window closes. "I'm sitting here, and I'm really happy with the transfer market at the moment," Klopp told reporters.

“I know how football fans feel, and I know they like players for £110 million, £150 million, or whatever the club can afford. By the way, the playing field is the same size: players do not grow according to the price they have, but rather the opposite. "We will keep watching, we will keep looking, and we will do everything in our power to make the best decision for the club."
