Most of the top performers changed clubs during the 2023 Summer Transfer Window. The majority of them were signed for larger transfer fees.
Andre Onana is the most expensive custodian signed in Summer 2023. The Cameroonian custodian joined Manchester United for €53 million from Inter Milan. He preserved a clean sheet in their 1-0 win over Wolverhampton in the first game of the EPL season.
The most expensive centre backs signed in summer 2023 are Josko Gvardiol and Kim JAE Min. Gvardiol cost Manchester City €90 million, while Kim JAE Min cost Bayern Munich €50 million.

The most expensive left back and right back signed in the 2023 Summer Transfer Window are Lucas Hernandez and Pedro Porro. Hernandez joined PSG for €45 million, while Porro joined for €35 million.Barcelona has signed Dutch international Esmee Brugts on a free transfer after her contract with PSV Eindhoven expired.
Brugts, 20, has signed a four-year contract with the Catalan club, becoming their second signing of the summer after Ona Batlle joined from Manchester United.
