Ghana Merit Awards is one of the finest Awards scheme currently in the Country. Felebconcepts CEO, Michael A. Lincoln introduced Ghana Merit Awards and it has caught the attention and eye of many people especially the young talents. Ghana Merit Awards has paved way for a lot of young people out there. This Award scheme is to reward excellent personalities and to encourage them do more in their field of work.
This year's Ghana Merit Awards is exceptional because it's the 3rd Edition to unveil a lot of young talents in the country currently. Nominations was opened to the general public and slots for interested persons to contest on the Award scheme to make a global history.
Ghana Merit Awards did unveil a lot of young talents who were nominated to participate in the 3rd Edition. On the 2nd of April, 2023 nominees announcement was made and voting began the same day. There were various categories like CEO OF THE YEAR, BUSINESS BRAND OF THE YEAR, BLOGGER/PROMOTER OF THE YEAR, BARBER OF THE YEAR, DISCOVERY OF THE YEAR, TV PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR, MAKEUP ARTIST OF THE YEAR, RADIO PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR and so many.
The competition this year for the Ghana Merit Awards was so tough in each category but all the nominees kept their focus and did their best to be able to attain the required votes to win for their category. All leading nominees were to get a maximum vote of 1500. Prizes were announced for those who could win their category and also for the overall and highest voter. The overall and highest voter will walk home with a cash prize and a smart television set. The other category winners will also get a customized plaque, certificate and products from sponsors. Voting successfully ended on the 11th of June, 2023.
Meanwhile after voting ended successfully, felebconcepts came out with a media partner for the sale of tickets for the main event for the Awards Night. The venue to hold the Awards Night is the Accra Metropolitan Assembly in Accra. A few sponsors were named for the Awards Night which includes Media Partner (Breeze FM 90.9 FM), Lexis Yoghurt, Official Photographers ( Green Lenz, Derick Barnor, SeniorKreationz, Prinz Charming). Logistics sponsor is Luxlight Experience Ghana and also the official Blogger for Ghana Merit Awards is the Gamashie Blogger.
Royal welcome for the event is 6:30 pm and the main event starts at 7:30 pm. The dress code for the event is anything classic/ Official on 26th August, 2023. The Royal welcome will be done by Faith Ayache. There will be a lot of special guest of honors for the event like EL Baby (Artiste/TV Host), Hon. Robert Kwasi Vagah (Politician), Oheneyere Gifty Anti, Sammy Baah Flex (Presenter) and Akumaa Mama Zimbi.
The event will go long into the night and there will be some great performances from Artistes like Vynkay, Magical Fortress, Ishak Spark, Vannila, Armana, Jay Erl, Min Nshira Tina, Paa Tee MN, She Wyse and guest Artiste Join 77, Nanasei and a wonderful dance performance by the Jamestown boys Dancers. It's going to be a night full of fun, excitement and entertainment. History will be made. See you all there!!
