Information gathered by blogger Edrino Greatness on social media is that a girl from the Nkwatia Senior High school reported an incident that happened between a Second year student and the headmaster of the school.

The girl further stated that the second year student was maltreated by the teachers because they claim she left the school without an exeat. The second year student was placed under some strict conditions during their exams in the staff common room.

The Headmaster of Academics allegedly smacked the second year student at the Nkwatia Presby Senior High School after she allegedly left campus without an exeat, causing her to become partially blind.

The student known as Diana reportedly received permission to leave the school, but when she tried to explain this to the Headmaster, he would not listen.

When she informed him that she was ill, he allegedly said he would lash her to make her feel better after forcing her to kneel for a while.

When he was going to lash her, she unintentionally grabbed his cane, which enraged him and caused him to slap her hard in the face before beating her up.

According to the information put out, even if the girl went home without an exeat this is not the right way to deal with her. The headmaster was suppose to give her some corporal punishment but not lay his hands on the girl.

The Headmaster got it all wrong on the way he acted and must be brought to book to make this server as a lesson to the others.

A lot of people on social media have pleaded with the Ministry of Education to intervene on this matter and deal with the situation accordingly. All people are saying is that action must be taken against the headmaster and a serious investigation must be conducted.
