Chelsea has officially bolstered its midfield with the acquisition of Cole Palmer, a talented playmaker from Manchester City. The much-anticipated arrival of the 21-year-old Englishman was announced by Chelsea on Deadline Day through their official media channels.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea secured Palmer's services for an approximate fee of £40 million. The young midfielder has put pen to paper on a substantial seven-year contract with the Stamford Bridge club, including an option for an additional year.
