Reduce stress to boost energy
Stress drains a lot of energy from your body. When stressed up, try solacing yourself by doing some laps, press ups and jogging to relieve stress.

An average man should sleep for at least 8 hours. Not having enough sleepcan be dangerous to the body. Have enough sleep and ensure you go to bed so early.
