Don't leave it until the last minute. While some students do seem to thrive on last-minute cramming, it's widely accepted that (for most of us) this is not the best way to approach an exam. To help sort out your time management, set up a timetable for your study. Write down how many exams you have and the days on which you have to sit them. Then organize your study accordingly. You may want to give some exams more study time than others, so find a balance that you feel comfortable with.

Organize your study space

Make sure you have enough space to spread your textbooks and notes out. Have you got enough light? Is your chair comfortable? Are your computer games out of sight?

Try and get rid of all distractions, and make sure you feel as comfortable and able to focus as possible. For some people, this may mean almost complete silence, for others, background music helps. Some of us need everything completely tidy and organized in order to concentrate, while others thrive in a more cluttered environment. Think about what works for you, and take the time to get it right.

2. BUDGET YOUR TIME ( PROPER TIME MANAGEMENT )

Plan each day: Planning your day can help to accomplish a task.

Write a to-do list, putting the more important tasks ahead of the schedule of your daily activities to minimize conflicts and last-minute rushing.

Priorities your tasks: This things are time consuming but relatively unimportant. These tasks can consume a greater part of your day. Priorities tasks will ensure that you spend your time and energy on your tasks that are truly important to you.

Evaluate the spending time: Keep a dairy of everything you do for three days to determine how you are spending your time.

Exercise and good diet: Have a healthy diet and exercise regularly. A healthy lifestyle can improve your focus and concentration, which will help improve your efficiency so that you can complete your work in time.

3.GET A GOOD STUDY PLACE

Your study place must:

1. Be free from disturbance.

2. Be free from distraction.

3. Contain all the essential study materials you will need.

4. CONCENTRATE ON WHAT YOUR ARE LEARNING

Avoid day - dreaming and focus your attention on the material before you. Don't do things at the same time. Don't listen to music while learning.
