TAKE A NAP - JESUS EXAMPLE

What does the word “rest” mean to you? What do you think of yourself doing when you are resting?

In today's fast-paced world, where productivity and hustle are celebrated, we often overlook the importance of rest. But did you know that rest is a crucial component of a healthy lifestyle?

Sleep is a vital component of rest, and while it deserves special attention, that's a whole blog post on its own.

Jesus's Example

LUKE 8:23 23 But as they sailed he fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake, and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy.

There are a lot of motivated people who act and feel as though they are in charge of the entire world.

However, Jesus was able to rest. He might have had a significant task to accomplish. He yet lived a balanced life. He was aware of when it was appropriate to rest.

Jesus prayed all night long as well. So, His example does not promote indolence or passivity. Just maintain balance, and don't stress, believe in God.

Some people might believe that "taking a nap" is sinful because we ought to be working always. But, since Jesus never sinned, we may confidently imitate Him and maintain balance in our lives.

Today's believers are addicted to their normal activities and do not have time to read the word meditate and pray for God's blessings.

Many people wonder why the majority of believers are living in pain, frustration,  devastated,  poor,  weak,  not anointed,  feeble, and blaming God and nature for all these happenings in their journey of life. Do you consider why,  Jesus after his teachings and prayer took a nap and reflected on the Lord,  he fasted,  lived a righteous, honest,  just,  truthful and was powerful with his examples.

Can we learn from Jesus' example,  Yes!!

Interestingly,  we need to take a break from our normal activities and take a nap to serve,  obey,  sacrifice, and hold fast to our faith with prayer to be a better person on this earth n yes we can,  God can change your destiny, so don't chase the flashy world but chase God with all your energy and he will change your destiny.

Remember, when Jesus woke up and the storm was seized - all storms in your life will stop when you take a nap in the lord only.

SAY THIS WITH FAITH: I will rest and believe in God. I will pray into my breakthrough in Jesus' name amen

May God increase and Bless you

May He Favor You

Receive speed in Jesus' Name Amen
