 Fatawu Issahaku plays as Liverpool defeat Leicester City 3:1

Ghana Black Stars attacking midfielder Abdul Fatawu Issahaku climbed off the bench to play 26 minutes for his club, Leicester City FC, in their 3:1 away loss to Liverpool FC in the English EFL Cup round 3.


The pacey and skillful midfielder made an instant impact as soon as he was introduced in the 64th minute of the game. He was rated 6.0.

Fatawu was very instrumental, and he can be seen everywhere on the field, but he couldn't help to break down the resolute Reds at the fortress of Anfield.

As it stands now, Leicester City have been exited from the competition and will now concentrate on the championship, as they are now at the top of the table.

Abdul Mumin Suleman in action as Rayo Vallecano draws with Cadiz


Ghana defender Abdul Mumin Suleman played 88 minutes and got a red card for Rayo Vallecano in their 0:0 away draw with Cadiz in the Spanish La Liga round 7.

The young Ghanaian international defender has been exciting to watch this season as he has managed to get more game time under his belt.

Abdul Mumin was shown a yellow card in the 88th minute for a bad foul and also a red card at the same time in the same minutes.

The former Right To Dream academy and Vit. Guimarães chap was rated 6.0. Rayo Vallecano are currently 6th on the league table with 11 points after 7 matches.

Arko Mensah and Zakari Banahene plays in FC Honka Espoo's loss

Former Ghana U17 midfielder Edmund Arko Mensah played 46 minutes and got a yellow card for club FC Honka Espoo.

Meanwhile, his compatriot, Nasiru Zakari Banahene, also played 90 minutes and got a yellow card for FC Honka Espoo in their 3:0 away loss to SJK Helsinki in the Finland Veikkausliiga Championship Group round 3.

The two Ghanaian internationals played their heart out to show why they have all been starting for their club FC Honka Espoo this season.

The pair combined to work hard for their team but their contribution wasn't enough to turn the deficit around for the Finish outfit.
