God has given us the power to drive out demons and that can happen when we can wait on him in prayer. Prayers answereth all things. I can pray to God and tell him a particular thing I won't want to happen in my life and God will exactly do it as such, I can pray that every evil thing against me and my family or loved once not come to pass and God listens.

An agent of the devil's army is a demon. All Christians have the power to drive out demons in the name of Jesus, so anyone can do it.

Every knee must bow in obedience when using the Name of Jesus, which is given to all Christians.
Demons work by using dread. But since Jesus is on your side, you need not be frightened. Therefore, when you urge demons to depart in Jesus' name, they have to follow.
Don't restrict this to casting out spirits from "demon-possessed" individuals. Use your power in Christ to cast the demons out in the name of Jesus if you are experiencing evil activity in any part of your life that impacts you. Order them to stop all those actions working against you.

You can do this because the Bible commands you to resist the devil and not leave any room for him. If the demon or his followers are present in your life, it indicates that you are permitting it.
