A very sad day for Asante Kotoko as former Ghana international, Robert Eshun was confirmed dead on Monday, October 23.
He passed on at the age of 49.
Eshun died after he experienced a heart attack while driving to work on Monday morning according to reports.
Robert Eshun, popularly known as Ebo Electric is famously remembered for his goal in the final of the 1990 FA Cup that help the club win the trophy.
He was a member of Asante Kotoko's African Championship squad. He was also a valuable member of Kotoko's squad.
Former Asante Kotoko winger, Robert Eshun, also known as Ebo Electric, has sadly passed away at the age of 49.
Reliable sources confirm that, he suffered a cardiac arrest while driving to work in London earlier this morning.
Eshun is remembered for his impressive goal in the final of the 1990 FA Cup.
He began his career with Asante Kotoko and later played in Belgium, Turkey, and Malaysia.
