The results for the 2023 BECE are anticipated to be released within the last week of October 2023 and the first week of November 2023.
Form One students for Senior High School (SHS) are expected to commence classes around the first week of December 2023.
Therefore, after the results are released, the students will be allocated to their respective secondary schools a little earlier than has been done in past years.
This year, the placement will be quite earlier. Instead of March 2024, we are looking at December 2023 so that students can get to school quite earlier

Single-track schools reopen on 1st November
Bricy Boateng’s inside scoop reveals that, according to the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission, the 2024 Base Pay negotiations will kick off after the determination of the National Daily Minimum Wage (NDMW).
As we speak, the National Tripartite Committee (NTC) is in full swing, working tirelessly to set the NDMW, setting the stage for a pivotal negotiation year ahead.
However, an unconfirmed reports indicates that the government is willing to increase the salary of government workers by 6%.
This information, which was given by a man that was always present in the salary negotiations last year has spark agitations on social media.
