Her NGO has recently struck a transformative deal with TAF College, allocating GHS 100,000 to provide free training for young girls.

Ambassador Svanikier is also a distinguished diplomat and advocate, having served as Ghana's former Ambassador to France and Portugal, as well as the Permanent Delegate to UNESCO and La Francophonie.
During her tenure in Paris, she initiated Ghana's membership in the OECD Development Centre and represented Ghana on the Governing Board.

As a barrister by profession, Mrs. Svanikier is a shining example of expertise and advocacy.
She was called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Inner Temple in 1991 and is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
Her academic journey includes a wealth of degrees and accomplishments, from being a university lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the University of Ghana, Legon, to founding and serving as the first Director of the Human Rights Study Centre at the same university.
