Lionel Messi, born on June 24,1987, in Rosario, Argentina, is regarded as one of the greatest football players of all time. He started his career at a young age, joining the youth team of Newell's Old Boys before moving to Barcelona's youth academy, La Masia, at the age of 13.


Messi made his debut for Barcelona's senior team in 2004 and quickly established himself as a key player. Throughout his career, he has won numerous titles with Barcelona, including multiple La Liga and UEFA Champions League trophies. Messi holds several records, including being the all-time top scorer for both Barcelona and La Liga.
