On January 1, 2024, at midnight, Failatu started her cook-a-thon to cook for over 120 hours.
Ghanaian artist Kwabena Kwabena was among the celebs who showed up to support Chef Failatu on the first day of the event.
Actor Yaw Dabo, from Ghana, also expressed his support and urged other celebrities to help Chef Failatu in her endeavors.
Along with the celebrities, legislators such as Tamale South member of parliament Haruna Iddrisu and Tamale Central member Ibrahim Murtala Muhammad were there.
