An Educationist, and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Publisher for SUCCESSLINK PUBLICATIONS LTD, Saeed Adam Banda has cautioned the Education Ministry against acting hastily in implementing new policies and programs in the sector without proper consultations.

Education policy implementation involves the purposeful and multidirectional process of translating educational policies into practice with complex education. Good planning can facilitate an effective educational system is by implementing good policies but ought to consider some factors such as planting environment, social environment and then the political environment.
We can also engage in a policy like developing and pursuing a coherent implementation strategies, designing a smart policy that is justified, logical, feasible and adaptable to the context and also engaging all key stakeholders in the policy process.
We make decisions today, change them tomorrow, and the issue becomes ding-dong affair because at each point the decisions are not objectively derived and so they lack legitimacy” he noted.
“I will say that successful implementation of policies in the educational sector hinges on the adoption of efficient processes to pilot, validate, and stimulate availability of adequate resources in the development of the sector", he further stated this in an exclusive interview with Apiah-Kubi, on Fabea FM "Me man ho Dadwen" show.
He said, lack of policy documents to guard reforms in the educational sector provides no avenues for educationists and stakeholders to add their inputs and concerns.
