Dani Olmo sends cautioning to rivals after first Barcelona goal
Dani Olmo declared his most memorable objective for Barcelona is 'the perfect starting' having at last made his introduction for the club.
Barca dug out from a deficit to overtake intruder group Rayo Vallecano 2-1 at Vallecas on Tuesday night, with Olmo falling off the seat to snatch the triumphant objective late on.
However the Euro 2024 star finished his transition to Barcelona on 9 August, the club couldn't enroll him with La Liga until this week because of inability to meet severe monetary guidelines. A drawn out physical issue to Andreas Christensen implied they could add Olmo to their crew instead of the Dane.
Talking after Barca's triumph at Rayo, the flexible Olmo discussed his pleasure at long last playing and made sense of what made this objective additional exceptional.
"I had been hanging tight for a long time, since I showed up I had been anticipating the principal game, the presentation and what better way, it had been numerous years since we had won here so it was unsurpassable," he said.
"Any place the administrator puts me, I will attempt to do the best that I can with. Today he put me in midfield behind Robert [Lewandowski], yet I can play on the two wings and any place I play, I will attempt to put forth a valiant effort. I generally hope to track down open doors. Lamine [Yamal] found me well overall, I completed well indeed, so a decent objective.
"It was an exceptionally complete pair and this is only the start.
"I searched for space to hit and I knew the goalkeeper [Dani] Cardenas very well since he is a companion of mine from Terrassa, it is exceptional that the principal objective was against him.
"[We] needed to control the match more in everyday terms. They were worn out and we needed to guard with the ball and we merited this triumph."
Under the direction of new lead trainer Hansi Flick, Barca have won 2-1 in every one of the three of their La Liga games to open the 2024/25 season.
They return to activity on Saturday at home to Genuine Valladolid, who lost 3-0 at Genuine Madrid throughout the end of the week.
