Prosper Narteh Ogum, the head coach of Asante Kotoko, has stated that he thinks his team understands why they have to defeat Nsoatreman in their Ghana Premier League match on Wednesday afternoon.

The MTN FA Cup winners will play the Porcupine Warriors in an exciting match week two match at Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium.

Because Nsoatreman participated in the CAF Confederation Cup on the day of the match, the game was exceptional.

Ogum stated in a pregame speech that his players know they will move up to second place in the league log if they win.

They are all aware of how big of an impact the win will have on our standing in the league. Thus, they already clearly understand who we are and why victory is necessary, he stated.

"Therefore, we need to strive to regulate their confidence and determination so that it doesn't negatively affect them."

With five points so far in the league, Asante Kotoko is four points off the top spot.

Mohammed Kudus seen at Arsenal Champions League match amid West Ham turmoil.

After being spotted at Arsenal's Champions League match against Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday night, just a few days after a rumored altercation with his manager, Julen Lopetegui, West Ham midfielder Kudus has become the center of attention.

Linked to Premier League teams like Chelsea, Brighton, and Arsenal, Kudus signed a 38.5 million euro deal with West Ham last summer. The player has struggled to establish himself this season.

Even though he had an incredible rookie season, scoring 14 goals and dishing out seven assists, the Ghanaian's season has been difficult this year. As a result of Lopetegui playing him out of position on the left, he has not yet scored any goals and his performance has decreased.

According to reports, Kudus and Lopetegui got into a furious argument in the dressing room during a 1-1 tie with Brentford, which caused the tension to explode. Kudus was reportedly incensed about being singled out for criticism, forcing teammates to physically hold him before he was replaced at halftime.

Although many supporters blame the manager for Kudus' disappointing form, Lopetegui described the move as a "tactical decision."

The visit's rationale was probably straightforward: Kudus was cheering on his close friend and fellow Ghanaian, Thomas Partey, who was competing in the game. The focus now is on whether Kudus will start for West Ham versus Ipswich in the Premier League going forward, as insiders have downplayed the gravity of Kudus' altercation with Lopetegui despite the rumors.
