Asante Kotoko gets third victory of the season against Accra Lions after a one nil win, as the goal was scored by Albert Amoah, the player now has two goals for the club. First one against Karela on match day one in Nalerigu.
He goals have given Kotoko six points.
The team is now first with 11 points after five games this season, it looks impressive and a better start than what was given out in the just past season as the team really struggled before they got a first win in their third game against this very same Accra Lions.
Justice Nkuku Blay once again came to the party as he hasn't played badly after coming in for the injured Samba O'Neil Ndongani of Congo and he was also adjudged the matches best player.
SAAKA Dauda had his best game since signing for the porcupine warriors as he showed up to give what seemed like an assist for the goal.
Not forgetting black Stars goalkeeper who also came to party with some good saves in the match to keep it at one nil since the attackers refused to produce any more goals he will join the national team camp very soon as they prepare for the double header again coach Akwasi Appiah's Sudan in Accra in Friday and also away on the 15th of this month.
As we all know Ghana must get at least 4 points from these games to keep the Morocco Afcon qualification dream alive.
Last year after playing Karela (A), Nsoatreman(H) and Berekum Chelsea (A) and Accra Lions at home we had zero points. We have 11 points today!
Ogum is working something good out.
In other news the former black Stars Captain André Dede Ayew has signed one year deal for le Havre if the french league one.
