Following reports that one of his Napoli teammates had his car taken, Scott McTominay has received yet another warning. The Scotland international signed a contract worth a reputed £25 million to join Serie A team Napoli in the summer, leaving his boyhood club Manchester United. McTominay has made a quick impression since relocating to Naples, contributing one assist and two goals in five games across all competitions.
McTominay might need to keep a careful check on his possessions off the field though, as it has been reported that teammate Matteo Politano's car was stolen. According to Italian news source Tutto Mercato Web, Politano's vehicle was taken from outside a Naples restaurant; the police later located it in a parking lot. Politano, according to Euro Foot, stated in a statement that "sadly, it's not just a problem for Naples."
Juan Jesus, another one of McTominay's teammates, discovered geolocators attached to his car earlier in the week. "Today, after nearly a month of being followed, they attempted to steal my car," the defense attorney stated. You make me feel sick to my stomach! "What transpired tonight is just the cherry on top; within a month, I discovered up to five air tags (geo-trackers) inside my car." Moreover, it doesn't make me feel better to know that these crooks are aware of my residence; regrettably, I will never again feel safe in such a lovely city.
"I understand that material goods are not as important as people think, but it truly sickens me to know that a stranger violated a personal belonging," Jesus continued.Next weekend, Napoli will return to action when they host Empoli in the Serie A at the Stadio Comunale Carlo Castellani, following the international break.http:Read more//.
Juan Jesus, a teammate from Napoli, has sent a strong warning to Scott McTominay after discovering "geolocators" attached to his vehicle by "criminals." For McTominay, life in Naples couldn't have begun more positively on the field. In August, the former Manchester United player moved from Old Trafford. Since then, his performances have won over the manager Antonio Conte and the Italian media.
