Akua Donkor is not ready to throw in the towel against tough opponents in the political games. Even though she is known for her lack of education, the presidential aspirant isn' t going to allow any political body or politician to stand in the way.
The founder of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) during the IPAC meeting held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, made her point clear that anyone who threatens her will be sued, regardless of their position.
One of such personalities who is likely to fall victim to being sued by Akua Donkor is no other person but the former president, John Dramani Mahama and the current presidential aspirant for the NDC.
She has threatened to sue John Mahama for 2 trillion cedis over comments regarding her qualifications and has also accused him of killing the late president, John Evans Atta Mills.
Making her claims clear, Akua Donkor emphasised that regardless of her educational background, she was able to fill out the forms produced by EC for all aspirants.
" I' m saying it today and now, if former President John Mahama thinks he is the president, I am taking him to court. Please allow me sue him for Gh2 trillion cedis. When I was founding my party, did he give me money to do it? I don' t know him from anywhere and he has no right to speak ill of me, " Akua Donkor stated.
The Founder of GFP refused to listen to anyone who asked her to calm down or retract her statement. She went further to ask the EC to allow her to go ahead to sue John Mahama regarding his statement.

Earlier, the former president made a rather inappropriate statement, which for some reason, didn' t sit well with other aspirants. According to John Mahama, some aspirants do not deserve or are not supposed to be allowed to participate in the December election.
