Arthur, who is also the FA Cup Committee chairman, expressed his displeasure with the players' demeanor in an interview with Citi Sports.
"We must select truly dedicated players. Believe me, I think this Sudanese club, Dreams FC, Medeama SC, and even FC Samartex can defeat this team," he stated.
In November, the Black Stars will play Angola and Niger to continue their qualifying campaign.
Ghana will require Sudan to lose to both Angola and Niger to guarantee a berth in the tournament taking place in Morocco the following year.
