Nusrat Jahan Ahmadiyya College of Education, WA: 2024/2025 Academic Year Fees Notice

The management of Nusrat Jahan Ahmadiyya College of Education in Wa has announced the provisional fees for the 2024/2025 academic year. This important update is directed to all parents, guardians, and students to ensure they are fully aware of the costs involved for the upcoming academic session.



Fees for the 2024/2025 Academic Year

For students in Level 200, the total annual fees amount to GHC 2,505.10. This includes GHC 1,975.10 for school fees, GHC 500.00 for residential facility user fees, and GHC 30.00 for the ITAG National Project Office fees.

For students in Level 300, the total fees are slightly lower at GHC 2,218.75. These fees comprise GHC 1,688.75 for school fees, GHC 500.00 for residential facility user fees, and GHC 30.00 for ITAG National Project Office fees.

For Level 400 students, the total annual fees stand at GHC 1,422.41. This amount includes GHC 1,392.41 for school fees and GHC 30.00 for ITAG National Project Office fees. Unlike Levels 200 and 300, Level 400 students are not required to pay for residential facility user fees.

Payment Methods and Deadlines

Students and parents can make fee payments through the following designated bank accounts:

-ADB Account: Students may use the Transflow system by referencing their index number or reference number at any ADB branch across Ghana. The college also allows students to use mobile money options via MTN or Telecel for convenience.

Additionally, payments can be made via the GCB account in the name of the Nusrat Jahan Ahmadiyya College of Education, with account number 001130006841 at the Wa branch.

It is essential to note that the college will only accept payments if at least 70% of the total fees are made. All students must also ensure that any outstanding balances are fully paid at the start of the academic year in order to be granted access to the college facilities and academic programs.

Examination Fees for the 2024/2025 Academic Year

In addition to the regular tuition and residential fees, students should also prepare for their examination fees for the 2024/2025 academic year. These fees must be paid directly to AAMUSTED, which is the affiliate university of the college. Only after these payments are made will students be allowed to register for the academic year.

For all students in Levels 200, 300, and 400, the examination fees are as follows: GHC 500.00 for the first semester and GHC 500.00 for the second semester, amounting to a total of GHC 1,000.00 for the entire academic year.

The college will provide detailed instructions on how to make examination fee payments in due time, allowing students ample opportunity to settle their fees before the examination period.
