Dancegod Lloyd Recounts Feud With Allo Maadjoa Over Allo Danny: "I Didn't Take Anyone's Child"

Dancegod Lloyd, a popular Ghanaian dancer and choreographer, recently opened up about a misunderstanding involving his former colleague, Allo Maadjoa, and the latter's younger brother, Allo Danny. The issue, which had been quietly simmering for some time, came to light when Lloyd decided to set the record straight during an interview.

According to Dancegod Lloyd, the feud stemmed from claims by Allo Maadjoa that he had taken Allo Danny under his wing without permission, essentially poaching him from their group. Allo Maadjoa, a fellow dancer and longtime collaborator of Lloyd, was reportedly upset that his younger brother, Danny, had started dancing with Lloyd and was getting more attention for his talent.

Addressing these concerns, Lloyd was adamant that there was no ill intent behind his actions. He explained that his relationship with Allo Danny began naturally through shared passions and dance sessions. "I didn’t take anyone’s child," Lloyd said firmly. He went on to clarify that he never intentionally sought to recruit Danny or create tension between the two brothers.

Lloyd recounted how he and Danny formed a bond over their love for dance, and the younger Allo's involvement in his projects happened organically. He insisted that he wasn’t looking to cause any division between the brothers but was simply offering a platform for Danny to showcase his skills. According to him, it was Danny's decision to work with him, and there was no deliberate attempt to distance the young dancer from his brother.

He further added that the situation may have been blown out of proportion due to poor communication and misunderstandings. "Sometimes, when we don’t communicate properly, these things happen," Lloyd said, implying that a simple conversation could have resolved the tension much earlier.

In his conclusion, Lloyd expressed hope that the situation could be resolved and that the two sides could find common ground moving forward. He emphasized the importance of unity in the Ghanaian dance community, encouraging collaboration rather than competition among dancers.

Dancegod Lloyd’s account serves as a reminder that in the entertainment industry, miscommunication can sometimes lead to unnecessary conflict, which can be resolved with openness and dialogue.
