According to Prosper Narteh Ogum, head coach of Asante Kotoko, the team will add players in the second round of the season.

With 14 points, the Porcupine Warriors are in second place in the league, one game behind the GoldStars, who have yet to lose this season.

However, Kotoko coach Prosper Ogum has acknowledged that his club lacks depth.

"I believe we will continue to develop the team in the departments where we need to in the second round. Therefore, we will undoubtedly accomplish it.

"If you look at our team, we need to improve since we learned from the past lesson. I believe there were more shots on goal today than in prior games regarding goal-scoring.

"They will eventually find the back of the net now that the shots are hitting the target and the goalkeepers are making saves." It is a slow process.

We might have been setting up opportunities at the start, but they weren't even reaching the target. They're hitting the mark, and we're creating now. Therefore, there is little doubt that the support will increase confidence.

Ghana is one victory away from qualifying for the 2025 U-20 AFCON.

After making it to the semi-finals of the WAFU B Championship in Togo, Ghana's Black Satellites are only one victory away from guaranteeing a spot at the 2025 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

WAFU teams hoping to qualify for the 2025 U-20 AFCON use this event as a means of doing so. Ghana is only a step away from purchasing a ticket for the coveted championship, as the top two teams, the finalists, will automatically qualify.

Ghana won the trophy at the U-20 AFCON in Mauritania in 2021, their most recent appearance. The Black Satellites appear set to make a big return after missing out the previous two years.

The team's 1-1 draw with host country Togo on Wednesday guaranteed them a spot in the semi-finals. Ghana will now take on the Group A runner-up, who may be Ivory Coast or Nigeria.

The Black Satellites' campaign began with a 2-2 tie with Benin, which they salvaged with a late penalty. They then defeated Niger 2-0 before drawing with Togo.
