Halle Bailey has deleted all of her social media accounts after she called out her ex-boyfriend DDG for having their 11-month-old son, Halo, on a livestream without her permission.

For context, Halle and DDG were first publicly linked in 2022 and welcomed their son in December the following year.
Halle famously chose to keep her pregnancy private, and did not confirm that she and DDG were expecting a baby until a month after Halo’s birth.
Last month, DDG took to his Instagram story to announce that he and Halle had decided to split, writing at the time: “Despite the changes in our relationship, our love for each other remains deep and true.”
“We are still best friends and adore each other,” he went on. “As we focus on our individual journeys and our roles as co-parents, we cherish the bond we've built and the beautiful moments we shared.”
But their co-parenting relationship appeared to sour on Tuesday, when YouTuber and rapper DDG had Halo with him as he joined Kai Cenat for an internet livestream.

While DDG was still live, Halle took to her X account to share her disapproval over Halo being present. She wrote: “hi everyone. just so you know i am out of town and i don’t approve of my baby being a stream tonight.”

“i wasn’t told or notified and i am extremely upset to have my baby in front of millions of people,” she went on. “i am his mother and protector and saddened that i wasn’t notified especially when i am out of town.”
But Halle’s post was met with a mixed reaction, with some accusing her of hypocrisy as they pointed out that she regularly posts photos and videos with Halo to her own social media pages.
In fact, just last week Halle posted pictures of herself and her son dressed as Lilo and Stitch for Halloween. Halle was also criticized for taking to social media instead of privately messaging DDG about her discomfort.
Others defended Halle, saying that there is a difference between planned social media posts with Halo and an hourslong livestream, with DDG also being called out for putting their son in a trash bag.
But amid the conflicting response, Halle ended up deleting both her X and Instagram pages entirely.
BuzzFeed has contacted Halle and DDG’s reps for comment.
