THE IMPORTANCE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN TODAY’S EDUCATION SYSTEM

Introduction
As most educational systems exist to score high academically, something called Emotional Intelligence, or EQ to be brief, remains ignored even though it is pivotal to anyone’s life.   • Leadership Potential: Efficiency quotient is a prerequisite for leadership since one must have the ability to direct others, which makes a good quality to have in the future leaders.
