Amid concerns by a section of the supporters, Asante Kotoko are expected to return to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium for their Premier League game against Hearts of Oak on December 13.
And the team has also announced that their next game against regional rivals Nations football club would be staged at the Obuasi Lenclay Sports Stadium this coming Sunday. This match is one that is going to be very interesting as they have not lost yet against the porcupine warriors with a draw and also a shocking win against them.
The Porcupine Warriors are currently playing their home games at Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi following the closure of Baba Yara Stadium for renovations. However, with work at the stadium completed and the club struggling to grind results recently, they are planning on returning to Kumasi but some fans believe that will only enrich National Sports Authority.
This is because without Kotoko and to some larger extent Black Stars, National Sports Authority will struggle to make money to maintain the facility unless they rent it out for social programs like church conventions, funerals, fun fairs, live concerts, among others.
I now understand why that referee acted in the game
He duly cashed out, then issued insane yellow cards, intimidated players on the field, ignored a fair penalty call,in the end, a lose
I was waiting to see Jordan Ayew in camp training before I posted this. Now that he’s in camp, I can gladly do it.
I think from now on, Jordan Ayew's „critique“ is done by me. If he plays well, I’ll praise am. If he plays badly, I’ll still praise him. Difficult times for Ghana and this guy is still smiling representing Ghana. Players are faking injuries and some are saying “Personal problems” just to miss Ghana games yet still Jordan honors Ghana‘s invitation even if he's sick.
Big love to you all.
