Introduction
The conventional model of success, as people might have observed, is to finish one’s education and advance up the ranks in a company. However, it is important to know few of the most famous personalities in the world who are example of the maxim that drop out doesn’t mean the drop out and the same applies to the school. 1. Steve Jobs: The Visionary Behind Apple

• Quit Reed College after one semester because he could not afford to pay for it but he had the privilege of attending any class in the subjects that he wanted as an auditor taking calligraphy class among others.
• Success:
• Launched Apple along with Steve Wozniak in his parents’ garage, created personal computer revolution, iPod and iPhone.
• Inspiration:
• Jobs proved that when people have passion and hard work they can build something that is going to change the world.

2. Oprah Winfrey: From College Dropout to Media Mogul

• Journey:
• Got discharged from Tennessee State University to enroll in a full course media career.
• Success:
• Established a multi-billion dollar business as a talk show host, producer and a charitable person.
• Inspiration:
• I have learned from Oprah that determination is worthwhile and the fact that you should not work at what you do not love.

3. Richard Branson: The Maverick Behind Virgin Group

• Journey:
• Quitting high school at 16 because of dyslexia and low results academically speaking.
• Success:
• He was more than just an albums producer, owner of Virgin Records that later grew into an international venture that touches on areas such as airlines, telecommunication, companies among others.
• Inspiration:
• Branson demonstrates that being innovative and taking risk can result in, greatest success.

4. Sara Blakely: Self-Made Billionaire and Founder of Spanx

• Journey:
• Never passed the LSAT exams and never went to law school, but took her sales ability and an idea to create Spanx.
• Success:
• Leveraged the internet to build a worldwide company from a home office and secured a small startup funding; now a successful billionaire entrepreneur and one of the youngest females to do so.
• Inspiration:
• Though out rightly threatening communications’ experiences, one can see the essence of tenacity and innovation by Blakely.

5. Mark Zuckerberg: From College Dorm to Social Media Giant

• Journey:
• Quits Harvard University concentrating on the creation of Facebook form the dormitory.
• Success:
• He is the founder of-meta-(formerly-Facebook) arguably one of the most potent technology firms globally.
• Inspiration:
• Zuckerberg’s success came due to early vision and taking risks that paved way to global social change.

Conclusion
These and many more are real life testimonies I use to help convince those with distorted thinking that success is certainly not a strait jacket while academic achievements are not the be all and end all of life. Who owns the opportunity, physically works, and has the capacity to endure the turbulent times is what is important. What these examples show us is everyone whether you are a learner, a businessman or a working individual; one should aim at being great and can do so if only they dared to dream big.
