Bawku Naba Commends REGSEC for Commitment to Peace
During a pivotal visit to Bawku on Friday, 11th October 2024, the Regional Security Council (REGSEC), led by its dynamic chairman, received warm commendations from Bawku Naba, Asigri Abugrago Azoka II. The visit, aimed at fostering peace and ensuring security in the volatile Kusaug region, highlighted REGSEC's commitment to resolving long-standing challenges in the area.
Bawku Naba, a revered custodian of peace and unity, expressed his gratitude for the council's unwavering efforts. The REGSEC team also visited key security installations in the area, including the Bawku Senior High School Assembly Hall, where they interacted with security personnel. Another significant stop was at the Missiga Customs Station, where the team reiterated the importance of securing trade routes and borders against illicit activities.
