INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITIES THAT ACCEPT SSCE/WASSCE

Even though Ghana and Nigeria are English-speaking nations, we are still expected to use English proficiency tests as evidence of English proficiency, which is not appropriate in a time when English standardized tests like the TOEFL, IELTS, and PTE are used to evaluate the  English proficiency of students from non-English speaking nations.

Think about the endless opportunities that’ll be available to you and others if your WASSCE results can help you get into your dream school in the USA or UK. Yes, there are universities in the USA and UK that would readily accept you with your WASSCE english results as a proof of english proficiency.

With the increasing cost of registration for these english proficiency tests, it has become a major hurdle for students who want to apply to foreing universities. An exams that costs more than 1000cedis non-refundable is an amount not many can afford. In view of that, I’ve made compilation of some universities in the USA and UK who accept and consider WASSCE results during application.
