Currently in Ghana, there are shocking turn of events, just few days before December 7 2024 Ghanaian general elections.

Within these last days, many surprising things have started unfolding including some political parties endorsing John Dramani Mahama and the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Some of these parties are The People's National Convention (PNC) and the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP).

The PNC officially endorsed Mahama on November 27, citing that their party's vision for Ghana aligns with that of the NDC.

This move is very significant, as it shows that some parties are willing to put aside their differences to support a common goal.

The latest to support the NDC is Ghana Freedom Party (GFP). The GFP, founded by the late Madam Akua Donkor, also endorsed Mahama on December 4, 2024. This decision came after the GFP's presidential candidate, Philip Appiah Kubi, was disqualified by the Electoral Commission (EC) on November 12.

These endorsements are a significant blow to the incumbent government, led by President Nana Addo and his Vice, Dr. Bawumia.

With these latest developments, It is obvious, that the stages are being set for the final defeat of NPP's Nana Akufo Addo and his Vice Dr Bawumia, as more and more parties join forces with Mahama.

The 2024 Ghanaian general election is shaping up to be one of the most interesting in recent history. With just days to go, it's anyone's guess what will happen next. One thing is certain, however: the people of Ghana are eager for change, and they're willing to put aside their differences to make it happen.

The December 2024 election in Ghana, is going to be a big deal. Many Ghanaians think it's so important that they're calling it Ghana's "second independence day."

This means they see the election as a chance for Ghana to free itself from the current government, which they feel has oppressed them for eight years.

The election is seen as an opportunity for Ghana to "reset" and begin anew, as proposed by John Mahama, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer.

As the election approaches, the mood in Ghana is one of anticipation and hope for a better future. The NDC, led by John Mahama, is preparing to face off against the incumbent New Patriotic Party (NPP), led by Mahamudu Bawumia.

With several other parties and independent candidates also in the running, the election promises to be a historic event.
