THE HOUSE IS MINE NOT SHATTA WALE'S MOTHER - REAL OWNER COMES OUT TO CLAIM HIS HOUSE

The true owner of the house has come forward to clarify the situation to the public.

Recently, Sammy Baah Flex, the manager of Shatta Wale, claimed in a self-produced video that the musician had purchased a three-bedroom house for his mother.

Following this announcement, social media users expressed their admiration for the musician across various platforms.

However, the actual owner of the property, identified as Linking, has given an exclusive interview to GhPage, asserting that he is the rightful owner of the house.

During the interview, Linking revealed that Shatta Wale had initially rented the house for GHS3,000 per month for a duration of two years for his mother. However, Shatta Wale's mother expressed dissatisfaction with the house due to water accessibility issues, leading to the return of the rental agreement.

Shatta Wale's mother was previously seen in church testifying that her son had purchased a three-bedroom house for her, a claim that has now been proven false.

Following the exclusive interview with the landlord on GhPage TV, several issues were raised, including the clarification that the house was not purchased but rather rented for a two-year period.

In a recent update from Shatta Wale's camp, Sammy Flex has taken to social media to address the confusion caused by his earlier video and the statements made by the landlord. He clarified that, despite the circumstances, Shatta Wale did indeed rent a three-bedroom house for his mother in Abokobi, a suburb of Accra, and paid the full two years' rent in advance.

"I am doing this video to warn Shatta Wale and his manager, Sammy Flex. If you are broke and want to chase clout, don't use your mother. Because I know the story from A to Z. If you know you can't take care of your mother, allow her to be because people are taking care of her. When did you buy the house for her? You couldn't even make full payment for the building. You only paid for 3 months, and you're here, and you are chasing clout with it. "I have a bigger court, and I can summon you, Sammy Flex; you won't live even up to three days before your family buries you," he added.
