Ghana's Electoral Commission (EC) has declared John Dramani Mahama the winner of the 2024 presidential election, despite delays in collating results from nine constituencies. The commission's chairperson, Jean Mensa, attributed the delay to overcrowding at collation centers by political party supporters.
