The Constituency Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Nkoranza South, in the Bono East Region, Ali Adams, has called on party members and supporters to remain calm and peaceful until the inauguration of President-elect John Mahama on January 7, 2025.

In a victorious address by the Member of Parliament elect, Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum expressed his profound gratitude to all who backed his endeavor to secure the huge margin votes to his second term in Parliament, a goal, according to him, that ultimately will boost Nkoranza South development.

He underscored the party's effort for togetherness leading to the win in the election.

Honorable Agyekum urged his constituents to maintain unity, peace, and commitment to achieve more development in the Nkoranza South Constituency.

"I have the commitment to serve my people and I trust if I get the needed support, I can work tirelessly for Nkoranzaman's development", he stated.

Agyekum attributed his massive win to his tracked records, which earned him trust of the Nkoranza people, and voted for him even when he was in opposition.

Agyekum urged the constituents to live in unity for the betterment of the constituency.

In an exclusive interview with Apiah-Kubi on Fabea FM, Chairman Adams Ali emphasized that despite the National Democratic Congress (NDC's) victory, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is still in power and deserves respect and dignity.

Adams advised that the youth's celebrations should be peaceful and not to harm anyone and infringe on their rights.

"We must remain calm and peaceful, and not engage in any behavior that could disrupt the peace and stability of our community," Chairman Adams cautioned.

He also praised the people of Nkoranza for their peaceful conduct during the elections, and urged them to continue to maintain the peace.

"The party executives will remain humble and work to meet the needs of the people in Nkoranza South", he stated.

Chairman Adams further expressed his gratitude to the people of Nkoranza for their overwhelming support for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), which led to the party's victory in the constituency.

He also called on the people of Nkoranza to support the re-elected Member of Parliament for the area, in order to bring more development to the constituency. We need to do more to  develop our country. Let's all contribute to the development of our country in helping to build a better Ghana we want to see.

"We must work together to ensure that our constituency continues to develop and prosper," Chairman Adams said.
