Professor Stephen Kwaku Asare, a concerned Ghanaian citizen, has formally petitioned President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for the removal of Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo, citing allegations of misbehavior and incompetence in her administrative duties.
