Kwame Opoku, a forward for Asante Kotoko, has lauded Albert Amoah, a teammate, saying that he possesses all the skills necessary to be a great player.

Amoah has been a vital member of the Porcupine Warriors since joining from Great Olympics before the 2024–2025 Ghana Premier League season began.

He scored the lone goal as Kotoko defeated Hearts of Oak, their rivals, in Sunday's Super Clash at Baba Yara Stadium.

Opoku, who rejoined the team and was introduced before the victory over Hearts of Oak over the weekend, thinks Amoah can lead Kotoko to new heights.

"Albert Amoah has so far pleased me since he has been the one to score goals to help the team win. Although they are all doing well, Opoku informed the club's media, "Albert is my choice since he is the one who gives the team the results with his goals."

"Albert possesses all the necessary attributes to excel. You can tell he is a talent to watch based on his runs, his poise in front of the goal, and his ability to score goals. It is no wonder that he is currently leading the team. He can bring a lot to this team," he continued.

In 12 games this season, Amoah has scored seven goals for the Porcupine Warriors

When Asante Kotoko travels to the Tuba Astro Turf to meet Dreams FC in the Matchday 14 games, Albert Amoah will be hoping to maintain his outstanding goal-scoring form.

Ghana FA responds to club concerns over the ownership procedure of buses

After clubs complained about problems, including a breakdown involving Young Apostles FC, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) responded to their complaints.

The Competitions Department has directed all clubs with complaints to formally submit their issues for settlement, according to GFA Communications Director Henry Asante Twum.

Asante Twum stressed the significance of legitimate ownership while outlining the reasoning.

According to Ghanasoccernet.com, he told Peace FM, "No, it is not conceivable to drive a car that is not in your name. Then, if there is an issue and you want to claim an insurance policy one day, how do you do it?"

As far as I am aware, the competition department called every club and instructed them to attend and voice their concerns. Naturally, they will also begin the process of changing ownership so that the bus would travel to the different clubs under the FA's name.

"So, that is what I know. I know that some clubs have answered that specific demand from the Competitions Department, so I have not heard anything about it if some have not brought theirs yet with the Young Apostles one. To address any issues, the Competitions Department is in communication with the clubs.
