Despite Hearts of Oak's recent loss to rivals Asante Kotoko, head coach Aboubakar Ouattara is adamant that his well-defined strategy would help the Phobians win the Ghana Premier League.

The Ivorian coach expressed confidence following Hearts of Oak's 1-0 loss to Kotoko on Sunday, which demoralized the team's supporters when they let up a devastating goal in the 95th minute.

Despite some of his credentials being questioned at the post-match press conference following the defeat, Ouattara remained steadfast in his goal for the team.

"I don't; I can not go ask someone what they think before acting. Every one of the eighteen clubs must win the league. every one of the eighteen clubs.

"No coach in this league or game can tell you that you do not need the league." You have no club to tell you that the league is necessary. We only participate in 13 games.

"You are drawing conclusions too hastily. We just have thirteen games to play. My intention is to leave the Premier League after the 34 games. One ultimate is required. Thus, winning the league is the goal.

After losing to Kotoko, the Porcupine Warriors moved up to fifth place with 21 points, three points behind league leaders Heart of Lions and two points ahead of seventh-place Phobians.
