MGA Foundation, the philanthropic arm of MGA Consulting Ghana Limited, has reaffirmed its dedication to supporting Potter's Village, a children's orphanage and shelter for abused and vulnerable women in Ghana. For the third consecutive year, the Foundation has provided essential supplies to the orphanage, demonstrating its unwavering commitment to transforming lives and uplifting the underprivileged.

On December 14, 2024, MGA Foundation made a substantial donation to Potter's Village, presenting 37 boxes of clothing, 12 pairs of shoes, 170 sachets of water, 49 boxes of soft drinks, gallons of cooking oil, and various detergents and toiletries worth thousands of Ghana cedis. In addition to these items, the Foundation's Founder, Michael Abbiw, and Executive Director, Justina Quabu, handed over GHC10,000 to the orphanage's management to cover other expenses.

Speaking during the donation ceremony, Michael Abbiw emphasized the Foundation's philosophy of sharing its blessings with others, particularly the less fortunate. "As God continues to bless us as a business and a family, we see it as a privilege to give back to society, especially to the less privileged," he said. Abbiw assured that the Foundation would continue to support Potter's Village on a monthly basis and explore ways to expand its assistance.

Justina Quabu, Executive Director of MGA Foundation, shared similar sentiments, expressing her joy at returning to Potter's Village for another year. "Each time we come here, we feel blessed. It's a sign of the goodness of God. We've been able to expand and add more businesses under the MGA umbrella, and this is why we're here today to give back for the blessings we've received," she said.

The Managing Director of CorEvents Solutions, Clarus Kwofie, and Madam Esinam of Enam Cosmetics, a partner of the Foundation, also addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of giving back to the community and supporting vulnerable individuals.

Nana Ama Adu Owusu, CEO of Potter's Village, expressed heartfelt gratitude to MGA Foundation, its executives, and partners for their generosity. "The MGA Foundation is not just coming here every year, but rather we hear from them every month. We can't thank them enough for their kindness. May the good Lord replenish everything they invest in us," she said.

Potter's Village, established in 2000 by the late Dr. Jane Irina Adu, provides education, shelter, clothing, counseling, and other support programs to vulnerable individuals, especially children and women. The orphanage currently cares for 121 children, with 18 in universities, 30 in Senior High Schools and Vocational Institutions, and 14 in Junior High Schools.
