Annor Walker, the former head coach of the Great Olympics, has hailed Albert Amoah of Asante Kotoko as a gifted player.

After scoring the game-winning goal as Kotoko defeated Hearts of Oak 1-0 on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium, Amoah has taken the 2024–25 Ghana Premier League by storm and made headlines.

"When we traveled to Koforidua to play a game during my time at Great Olympics, I observed Albert Amoah playing for Kwaebibirem United FC and I urged my technical staff to find me that guy," Walker recalled how he found Amoah.

"He played really well when he entered the Olympics, but it was a shame that we could not be together for very long.

He continued by saying, "Albert Amoah is a talented player, and I am not shocked by his start at Asante Kotoko."

When the Black Galaxies play Nigeria in the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifications, Albert Amoah hopes to maintain his goal-scoring ways.
