Job Opportunity: Child and Youth Worker
Blue Sky Family Care is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Child and Youth Worker in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. This role offers both permanent and part-time opportunities, with flexible shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the needs of clients and determine their eligibility for various services.
  • Develop and manage community-based programs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention support.
  • Supervise clients in group homes or transitional housing.
  • Resolve conflicts and implement behavior management strategies.

  • Support clients with special needs and assist them with appointments or activities.
