YOUR ADVICE IS NEEDLESS AT THIS POINT- ERIC ADJEI TO PROF. STEPHEN ADEI
Mr. Eric Adjei, the deputy Spokesperson for the Vice President Elect, Prof Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang has replied Prof. Stephen Adei in very plain words.
The former Rector of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, GIMPA and a former Chairman of the GRA Board has cautioned President Elect, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama not to cancel the obnoxious E-levy, not to touch the EC Boss and the Chief Justice. The professor is of the view that it will be dangerous for the President Elect to change the Leadership of the Electoral Commission. This comes after the massive calling on President Mahama to remove the chairperson of the Electoral Commission Madam Jane Mensah and her Deputies, Mr. Bossman Asare and Mr. Samuel Tettey.
The Professor believes it will not augur well with the
nation if President Mahama also remove the Chief Justice, Her Ladyship Justice
Gertrude Araba Tukorno from office.
Replying to this view, Mr. Eric Adjei made it emphatic that
Prof. Stephen Adei is just a hypocrite and the NDC and the entire
administration of President Mahama do not need his advice.
Mr. Eric Adjei made a case that, despite the bad governance of the Akufo-Addo-Bawumiah-government, the professor kept quiet for eight years.
Mr. Eric Adjei questioned the whereabouts of Prof. Stephen
Adei when collosal amounts of money was used to dig a hole calling it national
cathedral, when $11M was used for the Kpalogo Dam, when people were humiliated
and so on.
Mr. Eric made his case on U TV and advised the learned man
to stay mute as he did for the last eight years.
Mr. Eric stressed the fact that many people among Prof Stephen Adei were very vociferous during the reign of President Mahama in his previous government but became very silent and watched all the rots after President Akufo Addo offered them appointments. Mr. Eric is convinced that Prof. Stephen Adei was quite because Nana Addo made him the GRA Board Chairman.
He assured all other well meaning Ghanaians who couldn't
speak to power when Nana Addo was in government to continue their silence since
that silence is golden !
He assured them a similar reaction when they put out an
action.
